THE MEMBERSHIP
Keep your facilitation practice fresh
The Women Facilitating membership is a professional development network for women and non-binary facilitators.
This community is open to any woman or non-binary person who facilitates—regardless of title, industry, or experience level. You might be a team lead, strategist, teacher, designer, consultant, nonprofit director, or someone who “just ended up” running meetings. If you care about making group work more effective, creative, and human, you belong here.
Thought you and the Women Facilitating team should know that I facilitated TRIZ for a client yesterday, and it went AMAZINGLY WELL!! I 100% would have been too nervous to try it if it hadn't been for the Women Facilitating session where I got to experience (and the behind-the-scenes instruction from you).

-
Bring a live challenge like figuring out the right activity to round out a session. The group offers feedback, ideas, and fresh takes. Or come as a listener to learn and contribute.
-
Facilitation is a craft. This is how you hone it. From best practices to walkthroughs of specific tools and techniques, learn skills that you can apply as soon as you log off.
-
A facilitated discussion where we talk shop about facilitation and leave with fresh perspectives. We might explore a theme, a podcast episode, or a specific scenario.
-
Finally a networking event where you won’t be the only facilitator—or woman!—in the room. No small talk or need to impress. Just a chance to connect with women who get it.
